PropFormIQ plans
The 30-day free trial needs no card, includes 1 active project and 10 AI assists, and never turns into a paid plan on its own. When it ends, your work stays saved and viewable until you choose a plan.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active project?
A project you can still edit. Its versions and saved alternatives count as the same project. Archive a project to make it read-only and free the space; nothing is deleted. Professional and Team have no fixed project limit. A fair-use guard of 250 active projects on Professional and 1,000 on Team only protects the service from automated misuse.
Who counts as an editor?
An editor can change your organization's work. Professional includes one editor. Team includes three, and the owner can add more for $40/month each, up to 10 in total. Read-only reviewers are always free and use their own Free account.
What is an AI assist?
It is the unit for one AI action. Explaining an input or result uses one assist and a longer project question uses two. You never see or pay for tokens, and calculations never use assists.
How is deal data handled by AI?
AI requests go only through an approved provider route that keeps no copy of your data and does not use it for training. If that route is unavailable, the request stops instead of switching to another provider. The assistant receives only the saved results and key assumptions of the project you opened, never its name, address, or notes.
How are payments kept secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which meets the card industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). You enter card details only on Stripe's page, so they never reach PropFormIQ. Your plan changes only after PropFormIQ confirms the payment directly with Stripe, and every billing action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for a year upfront, and it costs the same as ten monthly payments. It renews each year until you cancel. AI assists still refresh every month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel under Manage billing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Can I add editors or change plans later?
Team owners can add or remove editors on the Billing page. Added editors are charged for the rest of the current period and apply as soon as the payment succeeds. To switch plans or billing cadence, contact us and we will make the change for you.
What happens when I downgrade, or my free trial or plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. After a downgrade, your newest work stays active up to the new plan's limits and the rest becomes read-only until you free space or upgrade. When the free trial or a paid plan ends, all your work stays saved and viewable, and creating and editing resume as soon as you choose a plan. Without Team, shared editing stops and each person can still edit the projects they created.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar taxes. Wherever PropFormIQ collects tax, the amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
