What counts as an active project?+
One project and all of its versions and saved alternatives count as one active project. Archive a project to make it read-only and free an active slot. Nothing is deleted.
Who counts as an editor?+
An editor can change organization work. Professional includes one editor and Team includes three fixed editors. Read-only reviewers use their own Free account and do not consume an editor place.
What is an AI assist?+
It is a simple customer-facing unit for an explicit AI action. Short explanations use 1 assist and longer work uses the amount shown above. Tokens are not exposed to customers, and the calculation engine never consumes assists.
How is deal data handled by AI?+
Provider-backed AI stays disabled until an approved model and endpoint pass price and zero-data-retention checks. When enabled, each request denies provider data collection, requires the approved privacy route, and stops if that route is unavailable. Legal terms and the Privacy Notice govern final production use.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans are charged upfront for one year at the displayed total, equal to ten monthly payments. They renew annually until canceled. Included AI assists still refresh monthly and do not roll over.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel through the hosted billing portal. Access normally continues through the paid period and renewal stops at the end. Refund rights, if any, follow the published terms and applicable law.
What happens when I upgrade?+
The hosted checkout or billing portal shows the effective date and amount before confirmation. New limits and features appear after the signed payment event is verified by PropFormIQ.
What happens when I downgrade or a trial ends?+
PropFormIQ keeps the newest work active up to the new limit and archives the excess read-only. No project or portfolio is deleted. Restore archived work after freeing capacity or choosing a larger plan.
Are taxes included?+
No. Displayed USD prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar taxes. Any required tax is shown before payment after tax collection is configured for the selling entity.
How can I contact PropFormIQ?+
Every plan can use the contact form for product questions, feedback, account access, or larger-organization questions. No plan currently includes a guaranteed response time or onboarding service.
